CHICKEN CHILLI DRY

I was just thinking what to post next, that is quick and tempting both at the same time so came up with thought of Chicken Chilli Dry. It can be served with simple boiled rice as well, but I like it more with egg fried rice so I had to put in a little more effort. But It’s okay once in a while when you have to satisfy the cravings. I am a food lover but not of cooking, But once I cook, I do it with all my heart specially when it comes to Chinese food and baking of course.
Chilli chicken is an Indo-Chinese dish.
Here comes the hot and spicy chicken chilli dry with egg fried rice.All these green chillies and vegetables together are making it mouth-watering.

The recipe is really simple and all the ingredients are easily available.
Ingredients:
For Chicken Chilli Dry:
Chicken boneless 1 kg (julienne cutting)
Cooking Oil 3 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce 5 tbsp
Chilli Garlic Sauce 5 tbsp
Chicken powder 3/4tbsp
Corn Flour 3 tbsp
Red Chilli 3/4 tsp
Green Chillies 5 or 6 pieces in julienne slices
Ginger in julienne slices
For Egg Fried Rice:
Boiled Rice 1 kg
Capsicum 4 finely chopped
Carrots 3 finely chopped
Omelette of 4 eggs chopped
Soya sauce 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Directions:
For Chicken Chilli Dry:
Marinate chicken with salt,pepper,oil and cornflour.
Deep fry marinated chicken.
Saute garlic in oil.
Add fried chicken in saute garlic and add chicken powder,sugar,greenchilli,red chilli,chilli garlic sauce and soya sauce.
Garnish with ginger slices.
For Egg Fried Rice:
Saute finely chopped capsicum and carrots in oil with salt and black pepper according to your taste. Then add boiled rice ,omelette, salt, pepper and soya sauce. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
